Our in-person flexibility and mobility workshops walk participants through a series of effective stretches & movements to heal joint pain and improve our long-term mobility.

Our 90-minute workshops connect the key ideas and exercises from Frampton’s best-selling books, ‘The Flexible Body’ and ‘Stretch’, providing expert insight into our body’s natural mobility as well as offering a range of movement solutions that are learnt in the workshop and can be practised at home. Our workshops cater for all ages and levels of flexibility.
All workshops take place in Central London.
